The Power of A Word… Do This Today, and Tomorrow…
Here is a nifty exercise that I like to do every day. I would like to offer it to you…
It’s simple… Pick a word… any word… this word will keep you focused and anchored as you walk through this day…
You will know it when you see it… you can’t make a mistake with this exercise… and the great thing is… you get to pick another one tomorrow… how about that?
Serenity, Spirit, Inspiration, Peace, Love, Joy, Choice, Power, Friendliness, Share, Cherish, Appreciate, Laugh, Smile, Truth, Surrender, Tickle, Tease, Hug, Grace, Poise, Confidence, Worth, Value, Esteem, Acceptance, Create, Support, Communicate, Clarity, Positive, Dream, Deserve, Honesty, Passion, Health, Wellness, Grounded, Centered, Abundance, Receive, Blessings, Gratitude, Thanks, Manners, Authentic, Awakened, Empowered, Sage, Generous, Affirm, Approval, Acceptance, Tolerance, Patience, Connecting, Relax, Soft, Open, Flowing, Relax, Let It Be, Chill Out…
Pick one from the list that resonates with you or pick one of your own… the important thing is that you choose a positive lens through which to view your world… you create what you choose…

My word for today is ‘potential’. I am wondering if we live to our daily potential let alone for our life…. do we sell ourselves short or reach for the sky?
I think I’ll reach…
Be blessed,
Kim
I believe in living life to the fullest and living each day like it may be your last day on earth. So reach for your dreams and accomplish your goals everyday.
My word for today is wellness…
All Is Well-ness…
I couldn’t decide…thought worth first~~~~
then I thought surrender…
then I decided that wellness could wrap them together…
keep it simple Jennifer!!
Begin-
that’s my word. Getting home from vacation is sometimes overwhelming putting everything away. I also made lists of to do while I was gone. But…all I am going to do is begin.
I thought of this earlier today and it worked quite well-house is in a better state and so am I.
And, while it may be simple-I took time to write.
What a great idea Joyce….sometimes having a longer affirmation can get forgotten or not used as often as you could but one word….that makes it so easy and I’m going to link mine with a deep breath everytime I think or say it……something I don’t do enough of either….oh and my word for today??? Trust
Thanks for this
All the best always,
Dayle
Grateful for the material things I have but most of all that I have the Creator in my life…
Thank U Joyce
Beeeeeeeutiful!!!!
My new word…
Namaste…
Joyce
I like this exercise. My word for the day is Grace… I will write each word for the day on my white board, thereby keeping the words of the month resonating through my month…
