Don’t Get Your Knickers In a Knot…

Good Morning,

Do you assume the worst about others or situations? Do you have a tape playing just under the surface of your awareness that is negative in nature…

~ Is everyone “stuimpatient-womanpid” or an “idiot”, out to get you, not fast enough, smart enough, respectful enough…

~Do you resent waiting in line for you coffee, your groceries…

~Do you criticize, blame and frown a lot…

Well…

For goodness sake…. Lighten Up! You are wasting precious time!

Every moment you waste being negative-natured is a moment that is not available to you to be happy and create your beautiful reality…

You CANNOT have both at the same time… Negative thinking will NOT produce positive vibrations… (hate to be the one to break it to you…lol)

think > feel > vibrate > attract

The easiest and most pleasant ways to rebalance your energy is to practice gratitude.  Be mindfully grateful of your blessings…
Take your focus off  ‘those idiots out there’… and put it on the abundance in your heart…

Your reality will change… all of a sudden the ‘idiots’ will disappear and you will start to notice all the kindnesses people do instead… it works… you’ll see… your heart will soften and you will start to appreciate that others are human, and just doing the best they can too…( maybe your new enlightened attitude will spread to all the idiots… I’m just teasing.)

Let me know what you think… there is much more to be said about this…

Brightest blessings

Joyce

Hi Joyce, I so know what you mean! I always tell people in the check-out lane that for some reason I always pick the one that the light needs to go on and we end up waiting. I laugh about it (sometimes tell jokes). Maybe God puts me there because I deal with it better.
I was late to work one day because I needed to bring my daughters notebook she forgot to school.
A bit aggravating when your late already. Well there was an accident on the highway minutes before I got there. So I think people should not fret about those things. There may be a higher plan.
So when there is a long line of cars let someone in. When the older person needs help finding something in the grocery store, help her out. These little acts of kindness come back to you ten fold. You may not know it,if you are not aware. So watch when someone lets you in the long line of cars. When your child comes home safe and sound from school. When you find ten dollars in an old coat pocket. Be grateful you just got paid.

Thank you so much for the reminder. I know when I am patient and kind, I get the same back. I must remember to just take a beat and breathe, before I react in a negative way.

Here’s what I tell myself: Ugly feelings and thoughts only “ugly up” the living space in my head and my heart. For ME, I try to be patient and forgiving with others.

It’s all about being conscious of my actions. Pausing to consider how others will be affected what I say and what I do can go a long way toward resisting chaos (which is what is produced when I choose to be impatient and annoyed). We all want a peaceful home and community to live in. We can start with each individual action of our day to make a difference.
My goal is to be a refreshment to others. :)

    Hi Joyce,
It was nice to see you this morning. . . . couldn’t slow down long enough o get a hug though :) Thanks for the reminder! What you put out is what you attract. When I take the time to help someone with whatever it is, it all comes back. I’ve had it proven to me over and over again. Love in-a-bun-dance,
    ~ Linda
