    It is funny how you do not realize how stressed you are and how this affects the rest of your life until someone lays it out for you like this in black and white!

    I feel stress the most in several areas: not enough help from my kids around the home; digestive issues (working on this and it’s getting better slowly); anxiety about issues out of my control: trying to see each issue for what it is to cut the ‘largeness’ of it down to size (from mountain to molehill).

    Thanks for sharing this test with us. I scored a 54 it was higher then I expected it to be. i am 56yrs old and thought I was more relaxed these days. I guess I need to work on that..
